its mission is to cultivate experimental and innovative contemporary art and music.

Founded by Modou Dieng, Tim and Mark Janchar, Worksound is closely tied to the emergence of new art forms – performance art, video, installation, improvised and

performance music, and language poetry.

Worksound collaborates with  artists,writers,musicians in the production and presentation of new work, and exhibitions and events, that challenge the boundaries of conventional practice, while encouraging broad public appreciation and access to the arts and contemporary culture.

Worksound want to be place where different disciplines and audiences

converge and cross-pollinate, through curatorial innovation and depth

of programming in diverse media .
